Job Description
Address customers' complaints or concerns; order supplies and equipment; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies; ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for the chef, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Clean kitchen and work areas, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Benefits: We have extended medical and dental insurance after 90 days of full-time employment. The primary job location is 126 Douglas St, Victoria, BC, V8V 2N9. Wages/Salaries: $20.15 to $21.50 hourly (to be negotiated) / 32 to 40 hours per week.
