Job Description
Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batter for muffins, cookies, and cakes; maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory; plan and Estimate food requirements and food and labour costs; arrange for equipment purchases and repairs; clean kitchen and work areas; train staff. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Hire and dismiss staff.
